The Lights Are Off – and Anna Nicole Smith is Still Home

Before Anna Nicole Smith worries too much about the final resting place of her son, she may wanna focus on the lights in her house.

Smith has been living with her newborn baby and attorney Howard K. Stern in a residence in the Bahamas owned by former “friend,” G. Ben Thompson. But Thompson wants the pair out.

And last Friday, he contacted the power company rep to pull the plug.

Without warning, Anna had no juice for her hairdryer, no power to watch read The Hollywood Gossip online and find out the latest regarding Jude Law and Sienna Miller. Nothing.

Four hours later, after lots of threats from her lawyer, the power company agreed to a temporary reprieve until today.

On Friday, though, Thompson and his son-in-law flew to the Bahamas and served Smith with an eviction lawsuit. According to TMZ.com, Smith ran back inside the house, then appeared on the balcony and, in classic antebellum style, began screaming:

“You get off this property. This is a gift and I ain’t ever leaving. And I’ll show you, Ben, you ain’t never gonna see the baby again! You did a declaration for that f***head Larry Birkhead!”

Anna Nicole Smith has been accused of dying her baby girl’s hair black. The reason? Certainly not to make her look more “Bahamian”, but to maker her look more “Stern-ish”.

Since Howard K. Stern has black hair, and Larry Birkhead has blonde locks, Anna Nicole, in an attempt to contest the rumors that the little girl belongs to Birkhead, is trying to make her more similar to the supposed-to-be-father.

And I thought she had lost all her originality. I gotta give it to her… she is a genius! Although she may have forgotten that blood DNA tests do not go by hair color… but you know how geniuses are, always forgetting stuff!

Anna Nicole Smith’s son may be un-buried

Anna Nicole Smith’s tribulations seem to be endless. Now she is not only being sued by her ex-boyfriend Birkhead a second time, but her newly acquired Bahamian citizenship is being challenged since she doesn’t actually own the house she lives in, in that country (which is an unavoidable requirement). The worst part is that, having recently buried her son in the Caribbean nation, she may have to exhume his body and carry him back to the United States if she is forced to return here.

I have the solution to her troubles, at least the financial ones: write a book about all her soap-opera-style problems! Even though I’m sure she can’t write to save her life, I would buy it… nothing like getting the inner details from the source itself, don’t you think?

Ex sues Anna Nicole a second time

Anna Nicole Smith is being sued.Anna Nicole Smith is being sued for a second time by photographer Larry Birkhead, who is now accusing her of fraud and conspiracy. Birkhead filed a paternity suit on Oct. 2, his lawyer, Debra Opri, shared copies of legal papers filed on Birkhead’s behalf earlier that day in a Bahamas court.

The papers allege that Smith and her lawyer and fiance, Howard K. Stern, conspired to misrepresent Stern as the father of Smith’s six week old daughter, Dannielynn Hope, and committed libel and slander by denying Birkhead is the father.

Birkhead is already seeking a court order to demand that Smith bring Dannielynn to California for a DNA test that would determine her paternity. The next hearing in that case will be on Monday.
